Orders and Payment Options
 
We accept orders for delivery worldwide. 
 
We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover, Bank ATM/debit cards and PayPal. We utilize the industry’s leading encryption technology, SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to safeguard your personal information and protect you against credit card misuse. Credit cards will be charged at the time of checkout for all items in your shopping cart plus shipping and handling charges. An order confirmation will be sent to you via email.
 
Shipping and Delivery Times
 
We use FEDEX Ground or UPS Ground for standard shipping. Depending on the products ordered, you may receive several different shipments. As long as all products are being shipped to one address, you will only pay the base shipping charge for your order once at checkout. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box; you must enter a street address for delivery.
 
Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order according to your total purchase amount, before any discounts. The table below shows the charges that will be applied to your order during the checkout process for Standard Ground shipping within the Continental United States.

 Note:
·        For orders shipped to Alaska, and Hawaii add $20 to above rates.
·        For Standard Ground shipping to Canada add a $35 surcharge to the rates shown in the above table. Also, Canadian customers are responsible for all fees and charges associated with the products purchased from OrangeAndBlossom.com LLC which is located in the United States. 
·        Rarely, some large or heavy items may require additional charges for shipping. Therefore, it may be necessary for us to adjust the charge to your credit card. We will inform you prior to making any adjustment.
 
Standard Ground can take 6-12 business days for delivery. If you have ordered personalized products, it will take longer. We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number. OrangeAndBlossom.com LLC is not responsible for delivery delays.
 
Rush processing and/or expedited shipping may be available on certain items upon request. Please contact us by email using our Contact Us page or calling us at 1-888-7- ORANGE to determine if the product qualifies and to calculate applicable charges. You may also make this request during checkout.
 
For orders to countries other than the United States and Canada, we will calculate shipping and handling charges and delivery time estimates and request your approval prior to processing your order.
 
If you are not available to receive your order or the delivery is refused, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. For Canadian customers, this also applies to all fees and duties associated with leaving the United States to Canada and from Canada back to the United States.
 
Free Shipping
 
From time to time, OrangeAndBlossom.com LLC may offer free Ground shipping to our customers based upon certain criteria. These free shipping offers apply only to deliveries within the 48 contiguous states. We regret that we cannot offer free shipping to other locations. Additionally, free shipping is not offered for expedited delivery orders.
 
Sales Tax
 
OrangeAndBlossom.com LLC is located in New Jersey, USA. For New Jersey deliveries, a sales tax of 7% will be added the total at checkout. Sales Tax is not included when shipping is calculated.
 
Return Policy

We value your business and want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Our goal is to provide excellent products at a great price. However, we realize that from time to time, reasons will arise that require you to make a return and occasionally, products arrive damaged. 
 
When you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully for any damages or defect on the personalization (that is our fault). If you receive any product from us that is defective or is damaged during shipment, reportthe defect or damage to us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. (Email us at shop@orangeandblossom.com). Attach a digital photo of the defect or damage.  We will replace the item at no cost to you. Also, for any breakage in your shipment, please inform the carrier of the damage.
 
Orange & Blossom will accept items for return within 10 business days of receipt. To make a return or exchange, contact us by email at shop@orangeandblossom.com (our Contact Us page may be used). Please provide your order number, name, and item you wish to return, and the reason you want to return it. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address to which you should ship the item. Please clearly mark this RA number on the outside of all packages being returned. No returns will be accepted without prior issuance of a RA.
 
Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. The customer is responsible for paying for return postage. For your protection, we suggest customers use reliable shippers, such as, UPS or FedEx, who have an online system to track packages.
 
Once the merchandise has been received, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges (shipping charges are non-refundable) and restocking charges our vendors might charge. If you received free shipping on your purchase, the cost of shipping incurred will be deducted from your refund. Orders that receive free shipping may be charged for shipping if the customer returns any portion (or the entire order) of the purchase which causes the total sales amount to fall below the required free ship rate. Similarly, if a coupon was used for a purchase made over a certain dollar threshold and part of the order is returned so that the adjusted total is below the coupon dollar threshold, the coupon discount will also be deducted from the refund.
 
Certain products are final sales and not returnable or refundable unless there is an error on our part (see above). This includes the following:
 
·        Personalized or custom made items. (Personalized and custom-made items are individually made to order using the specifications provided by the customer in the order form. We will not accept returns of items that have been made to the customer’s specifications, even if those specifications have included a spelling or other error. We are not responsible for correcting any errors made by the customer when completing the order form. Please review the order carefully before completing your purchase.)
·        Partial quantity returns. Due to quantity pricing, we cannot accept partial order returns.
·        Personal care products (lip balms, hand sanitizers, etc.)
·        Sample orders.
·        Edible merchandise
·        Wearable’s which have been worn (i.e. garters, jewelry)
·        Consumables such as wedding bubbles, candy, cameras)
·        Freeze dried rose petals
·        Closeouts/Clearance items
