Shipping
Orange & Blossom offers free shipping on orders to the U.S. and Canada over $200! And just a $5 flat rate on smaller orders, excluding our High Tea for Alice tea and cake stands. We also offer free shipping on international orders over $500.
In stock items (those that are not made to order and do not have specific lead times indicated in the product description) ship within 3-5 business days, usually much sooner. These items, and only these, are eligible for rush shipping within the U.S. for $20. Processing time remains the same, but items, once shipped, will arrive in 2 days. Our shipping methods vary based on item and weight to keep our rates affordable for you. Some items, including made-to-order items, will ship to you directly from our artists and designers.
U.S. Orders: Up to $200: $5 / Over $200: FREE
Canada Orders: Up to $200: $15 / Over $200: FREE
International Orders: up to $50: $15 / $50-$100: $30.00 / $100-$500: $50 / Over $500: FREE
High Tea for Alice tea and cake stands require an additional shipping charge based on their size, weight, value, and fragility. See individual item descriptions for details. Other unusually large or weighty items may require additional shipping charges. If we need to change shipping fees for a certain order, you will be notified prior to fulfillment of that order for your approval.
Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses within the state of California are charged the required sales tax of 8.75%.
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
Each one of our unique wedding embellishments and accessories has been chosen for its style, functionality, and quality. We are discerning in our choice of artist and vendors to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, no matter how large or small. And we know you will be.
* Due to the handcrafted nature and limited availability of our items, we are unable to accept returns. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will gladly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days so we can assist you.
Should you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can esure you are completely satisfied. That is our top priority! Email us with your order number and reason for contacting us. If your items are eligible for return, we will send the RA#. Items eligible for return or exchange must be returned in new, unused condition in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and include a return authorization number. Please include this inside your package as well as on the shipping label and send it insured mail to: Orange & Blossom, 209 Kensington Park, Irvine, CA 92606. We will issue your refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt providing it is in the condition described above. (Shipping charges are non-refundable.) We reserve the right to refuse any returns sent without an RA# or returned in used condition or without original packaging.
Orders cannot be cancelled once we have sent them to our artists to be made. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order you have placed using our contact form, which reaches us immediately.
Payment Information
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through Paypal. If you have never used Paypal, please know that we chose it for its safety and simplicity. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase our products through this website, you simply need an email address and a credit card (or bank account). Just follow the instructions during checkout. New to Paypal? They do not require you to set up an account and are known for their secure payment processing. That's why we are simply one of the many online retailers (big and small) that use Paypal to process your online orders to make your shopping experience safe and easy. Paypal encrypts your financial information to protect your identity, safeguard against hacking, and prevent fraudulent activity. When you purchase online from a verified Paypal vendor, your confidential information is never shared with the retailer. Paypal also offers protection for goods purchased from one of their vendors. Orders Sent as Gifts
To send a gift order, just enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a special message with your gift, please do so at checkout. We will include it on an enclosed gift card at no extra charge. The packing slip your recipient receives in the package will not contain pricing or credit card information.

Need a bunch of our items? Let us know! Many times we are able to offer a discount on jewelry purchased in a quantity of 4 or more pieces and wedding decor and gifts purchased in a quantity of 10 or more. We will create a custom promotional code just for you.
